Dr. Emily WhitingMeet Our Physical Therapist, Dr. Emily Whiting

After a high school sports injury that required treatment by a physical therapist, Dr. Emily Whiting knew she wanted to become a physical therapist. She was amazed at how specific exercises and manual therapy allowed her to return to her sport within the same season and fell in love with the profession.

Emily attended the College of St. Scholastica, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2013 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. She also serves as a part-time adjunct faculty at the College of St. Scholastica Physical Therapy school.

Practice Experience & Personalized Care

Emily primarily works with the outpatient orthopedic population, treating various injuries and postoperative conditions. Her patient demographic spans from pediatric to geriatric individuals, reflecting the versatility of physical therapy. Emily’s approach emphasizes personalized care, education, and equipping patients with tools and techniques to manage their conditions independently.
